建議每人兩個小時錄影一次，以單一事件為重點吃飯用電腦裝咖啡
每人總片段 2025 個差不多以免剪輯累鼠
每個人寫出時間線好知道順序 & 事件內容
我拍攝工具：iPhone 13錄影設定調成最高相容性

剪輯撇步：

影片大小: 9:16 (1080x1920)
從第一個人開始剪輯，並標出時間線，再疊加第二個人，細化時間線，再做第三個人

Filming Tips:

Film horizontally use wide angle if possible
Each person can record once every 2 hours, focus on 1 event (e.g. eating, working, making coffee)
Keep total clips per person to 2025 max
Write down your timeline so we know the order and content
I used: iPhone 13 (set to most compatible video format)

Editing Tips:

Video size: 9:16 (1080x1920)
Start editing with the first person, mark the timeline, then layer in the second and third
Editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro
