過去幾年嘗試增重過幾次,最後都無疾而終,去年夏天辭職後下定決心,上網看了很多影片諮詢有在健身的朋友,起初還會吃到很想吐,後來食量慢慢增大,搭配運動,體重終於穩定上升 ()
下個目標預計是 75 公斤,然後多運動!

I tried gaining weight so many times before, but ALWAYS FAILED.
After quitting my job last summer, I finally committed and swear to all my friends Im gonna do it this time LMAO.
I literally ate until I felt sick. But my appetite grew, I stayed consistent with training, and the scale is finally moving up ()
Next goal: 75kg. After that, Ill probably just focus on maintenance and staying active. Stay tuned for more updates AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
