曾獲米其林推薦源自日本北九州的鰻魚名店田舍庵，其在台首間海外分店小倉屋於迎接開幕 9 週年之際，特別邀請第三代傳人緒方弘會長專程來台，並順勢推出了品牌創立以來的首套會長會席料理，以鰻魚旬藝為主題，且融合鰻魚各式旬鮮海味時令鮮蔬與職人料理工法，打造包含前菜八寸刺身椀物炸物燒物飯物到甜點的精緻饗宴，此外，更攜手日本TOMIN SAKE COMPANY，引進近年在頂級餐飲市場備受矚目的凍眠生酒，透過精緻的餐酒搭配，為饕客帶來不凡的味覺體驗。

在台開幕 9 年的小倉屋，傳承本店田舍庵的獨門技法，從剖鰻串鰻到烤鰻等步驟皆極為細膩講究，料理融合了關西流派特色，使鰻魚飯呈現出酥嫩骨鰭的迷人口感，因而深受台灣消費者喜愛。而此次由緒方弘會長親自打造的會長會席料理，將與日本話題凍眠生酒共同採限量的預約制販售，消息一出已讓許多饕客引頸期盼。

這套以鰻魚旬藝為主題的會長會席料理，由緒方弘會長親自規劃，傳承日式會席料理講究的季節感食材原味與料理節奏，細膩展現鰻魚在不同工法下的風味變化，多道佳餚包含燻製鰻魚沙拉滷煮九孔鮑蝦仁蛋黃醋鰻魚八幡卷鯛魚真薯湯炸鰻魚白燒鰻魚山椒味噌燒鰻魚散壽司蒸飯與柑橘果凍拼盤等。

在品嚐精緻餐點之際，最推薦佐以各式凍眠生酒，有別於一般經過加熱殺菌處理的清酒，凍眠生酒透過 -30C 急速冷凍技術將生酒凍結在最佳狀態，完整封存剛榨生酒的鮮活風味細膩旨味與清透口感，解凍後即可还原宛如置身酒藏現飲般的層次感，這項技術被譽為讓時間停止的清酒，自 2023 年推出以來在業界掀起清酒革命，目前已成為高端餐飲與精品送禮的新寵，更曾獲選為新加坡日本大使館天皇誕生日慶祝酒會的國宴指定酒款。

本次與會長會席料理聯名搭配的凍眠生酒陣容極為奢華，包含：帝國飯店特別款 凍眠ZAKU京都松井酒造的KAGURA LEAP 超級冷凍 午夜藍來自千葉的岩之井 超級冷凍兵庫白鷺城65富山文木酒造NEO-Genesis，以及秋田爛漫 冷凍純米生酒系列的一穗積與百田兩款佳釀。其中帝國飯店特別款 凍眠ZAKU為目前全球唯一的作生酒版本，此次首度正式引進台灣，單瓶價格逼近萬元，極具稀有性與收藏價值，該酒款採用 50% 精米步合的山田錦釀造，酒體清新純淨，尾韻帶有微甜潤感，入口瞬間即可感受米香與甜味的完美平衡。

若想品飲出凍眠生酒的最佳風味，掌握特有的解凍技巧至關重要，一般建議可在半解凍狀態下飲用，且解凍 4 至 5 分鐘後即可開瓶，此時酒體帶有微冰，口感最為清爽順滑在初次品嚐後，可將瓶蓋鎖緊並繼續解凍 4 至 5 分鐘，隨後的酒體表現將會變得更加圓潤柔和。
