車子自淡水沿著北海岸公路一路前行，山海交會的景致隨著窗外風光緩緩流轉，穿越蜿蜒海岸線後抵達金山，也來到去年11月開幕的新北北海溫泉洲際酒店InterContinental New Taipei Hot Spring。

由洲際酒店集團IHG Hotels & Resorts與興富發建設合作打造的新北北海溫泉洲際酒店，不僅是全台首間以度假Resort為核心概念的洲際酒店，同時，也是台灣北海岸首間的國際品牌酒店，為金山溫泉區帶來全新的度假體驗。

新北北海溫泉洲際酒店座落於新北市金山區，坐擁陽明山國家公園與北海岸的山海景致，且金山更匯聚豐富自然景觀與人文資產，不論是每年吸引無數攝影愛好者朝聖的的老梅綠石槽，或是海景怡人的金山中角灣國際衝浪基地，以及已有百年歷史且被登錄為重要文化資產的傳統漁法磺火捕魚，或是鄰近的野柳地質公園則擁有女王頭燭台石等海蝕地景，都是國際旅客造訪北海岸不可錯過的代表性景點。

而來到新北北海溫泉洲際酒店，入口處觸目所及即是台灣雕塑大師朱銘太極系列單鞭下勢兩公尺高的作品，成為迎賓區最醒目的藝術焦點，步入挑高大廳後，由十聿照明設計創辦人賴雨農操刀，只見以他以光影勾勒山嵐與霧氣流動的意象，並邀請了多位新銳藝術家透過雕塑金工與複合媒材，演繹陽金公路八煙聚落及北海岸地景，讓旅客一踏入酒店，便能感受到濃厚的藝術氛圍與在地文化底蘊。

酒店分別由主館與別館組成，共規劃211間客房與套房，共涵蓋豪華客房單臥套房映岫套房及總統套房等多種房型，兼具舒適性與隱私，其中，最受矚目的總統套房室內空間達115坪，不僅是新北市國際品牌酒店中坪數最大的總統套房，更首創於房內設置專屬鐵板燒私廚，入住即可預約主廚到房料理另有三間套房同樣設置私人鐵板燒空間，可容納6至8人用餐，兼具住宿與宴客功能，打造尊榮的入住體驗。

此外，211間住客房中皆配備私人獨立溫泉池景觀陽台雙洗手台，以及台灣少見的冷熱即飲水系統，讓使用冷熱水時更加方便，並引進金山著名的天然氯化物硫酸鹽泉，讓入住時，可於房內一邊泡湯，一邊欣賞陽明山層巒山景或北海岸遼闊海景，享受不已。

酒店以金山百年歷史的氯化物硫酸鹽泉為特色，泉質富含多種礦物質，具有滋潤保濕與放鬆身心的特性，是北台灣極具代表性的溫泉之一，除每間客房皆設有私人湯池外，別館亦規劃男女分區的大眾湯望雲與望谷，引入天然溫泉打造寬敞舒適的泡湯空間，並結合水療設施與休憩區，讓旅客在氤氳霧氣中感受山林靜謐，高樓層另設有無邊際恆溫泳池，依山勢而建，可遠眺陽明山層巒起伏，視野極為遼闊。

公共設施方面，酒店兼顧休閒宴會及親子旅遊需求，別館設有純白典雅的泉曦教堂，挑高十公尺，可容納約180位賓客，是婚禮證婚及各式慶典的熱門場地教堂外並規劃戶外露台，可舉辦派對及婚宴酒會宴會區則設有五間多功能會議與宴會空間，其中挑高七公尺近220坪的無柱式大宴會廳，可容納約350位賓客，適合國際會議企業活動婚宴及品牌發表會等大型活動。

針對家庭旅客，酒店亦打造親子探索空間北海小行家，設有攀岩手作教室兒童電動車及戲水設施，滿足不同年齡層旅客的度假需求，讓親子家庭也能共享豐富多元的度假時光。

餐飲規劃方面，全日餐廳嶼SHIMA以北海岸漁村文化為設計靈感，天花板燈飾呼應夜間捕小卷船的集魚燈意象，主廚則選用金山萬里等地的新鮮食材，透過國際料理手法詮釋北海岸四季風味，值得一提的是早餐更延長至下午兩點，讓住客可悠閒享受入住時光。

此外館內亦設有日式鐵板燒包廂與中餐廳等，在此可一嘗以傳統粵菜工藝融合北海岸在地食材的佳餚，包含金山芋蓉香酥鴨萬里花蟹蒸肉餅玉樹芙蓉龍虎斑及羊肚菌廣肚燉活鮑湯等，值得一試。
