若從台灣出發前往界 秋保，首先需飛抵仙台，再經由JR仙台站下車後驅車前往，僅約30分鐘時間，一路即可到達日本三御湯之一，且擁有1400年左右的秋保溫泉，此處溫泉旅館林立，洋溢著小鎮風情，而2024年時，星野集團旗下的界 秋保也進駐於此。

夏日期間的界 秋保附近綠意盎然，從大廳到全館49間客房，皆面向鄰近的名取川溪谷，且設有大片落地窗，讓戶外的自然美景可經由窗框印入眼簾，十足愜意，此外，更以秋保景點磊磊峽的湛藍溪谷景色為靈感，將沉穩藍色調與自然材質置入住房空間中，營造出讓人感受靜謐，且富有地域特色的住宿氛圍。

而界 秋保所在地的秋保溫泉，相傳西元6世紀時，日本第29代欽明天皇因浴後因此治癒了皮膚病，直至的戰國時代，備受敬重的武將伊達政宗，也曾多次造訪，且將此處視為專屬浴場，因此，聲名大噪，不只成為日本三御湯奧州三名湯之一，流傳至今更是成為家喻戶曉的名湯。因此，來到界 秋保，絕不可錯過這擁有1,400年歷史的溫泉資源，而館內引入兩處自家源泉，並設有被樹林環繞的露天風呂與室內浴池等，讓其泉質舒緩疲勞，促進血液循環等，而浴後還可在湯後休憩區享用冰品，延續泡湯後的舒適體驗。

餐飲方面，界 秋保選用宮城縣的豐饒食材，另融合伊達政宗的文化美學，讓住客可享用充滿在地特色的新伊達會席料理，可享用以現代風格的伊達陣羽織為靈感的開胃菜，或是品嘗可傳遞伊達政宗美學器皿所盛裝的仙台牛舌味噌與仙台麩等，讓住客可藉由佳餚體驗仙台的四季風土。

而來到界 秋保，也十分推薦前往潺潺溪流休息區，住客可一邊聆聽溪流聲，一邊在足湯露台放鬆身心，感受河風吹拂與四季更迭的自然景致，此處並提供季節和菓子仙台傳統點心冷飲及飲品等，讓旅客在湯後享受悠閒午後時光。

而入住時光，也不妨體驗多樣化的館內活動，其中當地樂中的伊達之宴可暫時化身伊達政宗學習按照武士禮法品飲仙台當地的釀造酒，或是晚餐後，也可前往大廳聆聽與仙台有關的音樂家現場演奏曲目，一旁更備有宮城縣產製的各式飲品，藉此小酌一番，享受悠閒時光，而對於手工藝有興趣者，也可使用秋保溫泉風景名勝磊磊峽的秋保石與和紙親手製作秋保石鑰匙圈，饒富趣味。
